Tendencias electorales: la volatilidad del voto en la contienda federal y en las elecciones estatales del 2009
The author examines the electoral results of the last July 2009 Mexican election. It was renewed the Deputy Chamber as well as six Governor Seats. The main objective is to insert the study in the dynamics of the electoral trends that Mexico has had in the last few years.
