| Sumario: | In Argentina, with the return to democracy in the 1980s, it began a process of rising professionalization of the discipline of history. The Argentine historiography soon experienced a remarkable expansion, together with an outburst of topics, approaches, methodologies, sources and different interpretations. Despite the significance of these changes, still there are few studies of critical reflection on what has been done by Argentine historians in recent decades. This research analyzes the production of the Argentine historians in the field of social history and unravels its theoretical and methodological aspects. |
