And he warns us: "When the name of Volodia is evoked, he will be remembered with lively emotion and obligatory reference to Pablo Neruda, to Salvador Allende, to the beautiful utopia of Popular Unity, to the alliance of the parties of the left in the great dream of the 70's, pursuing the perspective of a Socialist country in Chile."
