Sumario:This paper aims to address, from a multidimensional and dynamic perspective, which at the same time considers its specific characteristics, each of the phases that the Sino- African relations went through focusing on the period under study. Likewise, the presentation of the Chinese policy towards Africa, categorized throughout the article as “Peaceful rise”, will allow us to visualize alternative ways to redirect or renew South-south links that encourage future debates.
