Sumario:It is necessary to consider the postelectoral conflict that happened in Mexico after the presidential race on July 2, 2006, with the purpose to clarify to what point the outcoming was fair and clear, and in order to determine if the Federal Electoral Institute (IFE) conducted its job impartially or if it manipulated the will of the voters. For this, the experiences testified by the citizens that worked as counselors in the various federal districts can be of great help.
