Women and full employment

In a free and democratic society, it is every woman’s right to have a decent, paying job. In this article we propose a full employment program to offer unlimited jobs to Mexican women with little or no schooling. Sumario:In a free and democratic society, it is every woman’s right to have a decent, paying job. In this article we propose a full employment program to offer unlimited jobs to Mexican women with little or no schooling. Our aim is to create aware ness about the possibility of increasing social well-being. From our perspective, the work ethic must be recovered and used as the legitimate basis for increasing well-being and in volving individuals in so ciety mainly through business and wage relations.
