| Sumario: | The article refers to the course of action of university programs in prisons during pandemic and focuses on singularities of the University Program in Prison (UPP) of the Philosophy and Humanities Faculty of Córdoba National University. Based on the information collected about the situation, and the actions implemented from different programs on federal and provincial prisons in order to sustain pedagogical continuity during the pandemic, a comparative analysis is carried out to identify common situations as well as singular events that have occurred at UPP. The analysis allows us to infer that in prisons, in general terms, confinement within confinement accentuates and the lack of guarantee to human rights, although with nuances according to penitentiary establishments and provisions of Judicial Power in different jurisdictions. Certainly, education was not a priority in a context of risk, although it could have contributed to mitigate it. However, some Programs developed activities re-elaborating those planned thanks to the confluence of the use of technological devices in some provinces, authorized by the Judicial Power, coordination with Education Area of Penitentiary Services and with other organizations, teachers strategies deployed and student self-organization. In this framework, PUC stands out for being one of the Programs with the greatest difficulties in sustaining educational continuity of students, which is limited by Penitentiary Service and Judicial Power provisions. |
