| Sumario: | In the present work we present an analysis of the rural speech of the peasant criolla population in the province of Jujuy. The study focuses on a judicial file dating from the year 1823. We will try to show the presence of the use of a variety of Spanish in the oral discourse and where there are numerous linguistic features used by Argentinean gauchesca literature, we call it "gauchesca" because Those who speak, in this case, identify themselves as such. We consider that the present exposes some social actors in the context of war and independence that Jujuy lived in those years. |
