Sumario:This text explores the representations of the revolutionary subject delineated within the discursive frame woven by the group of intellectuals gathered around the Past and Present magazine from Córdoba, Argentina in the tumultuous '60-'70 's. At the same time, this text relates those representations to the historical texture that gave certain directionality trends to the reflection of leftist intellectuals on politics and its agents. We have worked on the idea that those images are resultant of an operation of intervention in the Marxian corpus which sought to adapt the theory to the circumstances on which the group intended to intervene politically in years of acute conflict and heated debates on revolution.
