Sumario:Liberal reformism in Santa Fe is studied from two local points. The first connected to disapproval of the Constitution of 1921 and the second on the establishment of reformism in the provincial government. The article shows the game of position reason and resources proposed by different political agencies around attempts to relaunch the constitution of 1921 and to establish an electoral reform in the municipality of Rosario. It also shows the changes in the neighborhood, political parties and the municipality during the early 1930s. The second part tries to demonstrate the institutional dynamics that affect the structuring and restructuring of the bond and its agents.
