Sumario:This paper explores the experience of EstanislaoZeballos throughout the first forty years of his life (1854-1894).rough this, it inquires in the place political action had inthe we of political representation. This study will also enablethe comprehension the complex process of the prefigurationof a candidate, as a result of specific cursus honorum deployedwithin the elites. These processes transformed certain actors intoparadigmatic figures of the social networks of the elites, andtherefore into natural candidates to access legislative and executiveoffice.
