Sumario:The article studies the demands for modification of the judicial and administrative procedures deployed during the organization of the judicial system in the national territory of La Pampa in the last decades of the nineteenth and early twentieth centuries. From a decentered perspective of state formation, we analyze the strategies used to discuss the conditions of institutionalization and the practices of the agents involved in its administration. To do this, we examined a series of requests from different origins aimed at demanding greater state intervention to ensure social order and individual guarantees of the inhabitants living in extra-provincial spaces.
