| Sumario: | Based on the cross-referencing of sources that give an account of the activity of Indianos residing at the court of Madrid during the first half of the seventeenth century, this contribution aims to study forms of mobility that were interrelated in the capitals of the Iberian monarchies. It proposes to use an analytical tool to describe and compare "migratory confluences" that had as epicenters the court of Madrid, Seville, Mexico City, the royal mining town of Zacatecas and some other cities in Spanish America. It is proposed to consider that the forms of labour mobility, local and regional, the webs of Indian interests in the court of Madrid and the resulting political action of a transatlantic nature were decisive, in their different scales, in the imperial configuration of the Spanish monarchy. |
