| Sumario: | Among the military in Argentina and other countries, membership in a Promotion defines fundamental identities and forms of professional sociability. This article analyzes the war experiences of the veterans of the 113th Promotion of the Military College of the Nation, that is, of the youngest officers of the Argentine Army who fought in the Malvinas War. I propose to recognize how diverse their war experiences of war were and to inquire about some key issues of combat at the tactical level based on interpretation of those experiences. I will use the analysis of documentation of the Armed Forces and testimonies of the veterans of this Promotion. |
