Sumario:Insofar as it is built on the geographical space, the territory has often been more associated with statism than with dynamism. To do this, we start from the historical problem of the municipalization process in Oaxaca, which will allow us to ask ourselves some questions that will be analyzed in light of the study of the past, especially the stage of land composition that occurred in the eighteenth century, a particular time of emergency of actors and deployment of strategies.
