Sumario:The article aims to describe and map the historiographical field of anarchism in Argentina consolidated in the first two decades of the 21st century. Based on the analysis of a series of antecedents, the hypothesis proposes that, if at the end of the nineties, some authors diagnosed a “paralyzing crossroads” of Argentine left-wing history studies, more than a quarter of a century later, this field shows its strengthening and “renovation”. To explain this multifaceted process, the following variables are considered: the creation and maintenance of civil society archives, the periodic holding of scientific meetings and the proliferation of academic productions. At the same time, it is proposed that the elaboration of the successive states-of-the-art, by accounting for the transformations, the central problems and the discussions that cross the field, evidence the dynamism of the process. Based on this overview of the present, towards the end of the article, we outline some bets for a field that promises to maintain this trend.
