These disputes, which existed in trade union spaces, in public speeches, in articles of that time and in the street, adopted forms of symbolic and material violence over the years, finding a fertile territory in the images. These helped many times to build the figure of the adversary or were recipients of their hatred in others being for that reason destroyed, vandalized and intervened. The works of Carpani were in particular object of a series of criticisms, qualifications and attacks in those decades, offering an irreplaceable input to understand the period. El presente artículo analiza las disputas entre distintas facciones del movimiento peronista en las décadas del sesenta y setenta en Argentina, a través de algunas obras del pintor, ilustrador y muralista Ricardo Carpani. Dichas disputas, que existieron en los espacios gremiales, en los discursos públicos, las notas de época y la calle, y que adoptaron formas de violencia simbólica y material con el correr de los años, también encontraron un territorio fértil en las imágenes. Estas últimas, muchas veces ayudaron a construir la figura del adversario y en otras, resultaron destinatarias del odio de éste, por tal razón fueron destruidas, vandalizadas e intervenidas. Las obras de Carpani, quizás el artista argentino con mayor permeabilidad dentro de la militancia política, fueron objeto de una serie de críticas, calificaciones y atentados en esas décadas, ofreciendo un insumo insustituible para comprender el período. Este artigo analisa as disputas entre diferentes facções do movimento peronista nas décadas de 1960 e 1970 na Argentina, por meio de algumas obras do pintor, ilustrador e muralista Ricardo Carpani. Essas disputas, que existiam nos espaços sindicais, nos discursos públicos, nos bilhetes de época e na rua, e que ganharam formas de violência simbólica e material ao longo dos anos, também encontraram território fértil nas imagens. Este último, muitas vezes ajudou a construir a figura do adversário e, outras vezes, foi alvo de seu ódio, por isso foi destruído, vandalizado e intervindo. As obras de Carpani, talvez o artista argentino com maior permeabilidade dentro da militância política, foram alvo de uma série de críticas, qualificações e ataques nessas décadas, oferecendo um insumo insubstituível para a compreensão do período.
