| Sumario: | The following article aims to reconstruct the impact produced by the enactment of the Statute of Rural Workers on the labor relations of rural establishments in the Pampas. Despite being one of the most iconic and remembered measures of the first peronism, little is known about its concrete implementation and the conflicts that arose around its application. Due to this, by browsing through a series of judicial files opened by rural workers in the Labor Court of Olavarría between the years 1950 and 1955, the paper investigates the transformations that took place in the productive links and in the experience of law and justice of rural workers to establish a precise assessment of the scope and limits of the peronist labor policies in rural areas. |
