| Sumario: | This work was produced as a result of the reflections proposed during a doctorate’s subject and aiming to reflect, from a philosophical perspective, on the "life history" method, with the aim of understanding social phenomena, to a great extent, those that involve education and the problems that surround it. Thus, the article refers to the need to construct educational policies more adequate to multiple realities existing in the school, it is necessary to discuss not only the role of the teacher within his work practices, as well as the living and working conditions that have been presented to these professionals of education, analyzing for that their self-perception and appreciation by the rescue of their life histories, their voices and symbols constructed throughout the teaching profession. |
