| Sumario: | This article offers an interpretative reading of the short story “El recuerdo del futuro” by Uruguayan writer Dani Umpi, approached through an interdisciplinary theoretical framework that highlights the contributions of scholars such as Raewyn Connell, Kali Holloway, and Diana Fuss.
