| Sumario: | The purpose of this article is to summarize the degree thesis submitted in March 2019 as the final requirement for obtaining the degree of Bachelor of Social Work. It was directed by Professor Silvina Boschetti. From a qualitative methodology, it aims to work on the labor market insertion of Trans people in the city of Rosario. In the first instance, a theoretical journey is made on concepts such as sexuality, gender and sexual citizenship. These concepts are considered central and transverse to the understanding of the reality that the group goes through. An identification of those social policies that make possible the incorporation (or not) to the labor market is made, and then the implementation of these policies is analyzed by retrieving the reports of the interviews carried out. In order to develop this section, we work from the Rights Approach, understanding the State as the main responsible for guaranteeing access to full citizenship for people. Finally, it is expected to make a contribution to the professional group of Social Work on reflections that enable interventions that move away from the hetero-cispatriarchal parameters that underlie the daily exercise of the profession. |
