| Sumario: | In this article we propose to introduce some reflections about the challenges involved in recomposing the Argentine institutionality, focusing on the link that is built with the users. These ideas generate concerns and force us to analyze the social intervention in tension between current subjectivities, the demand for attention and the ways to access and make those rights a reality. In order to address this analysis, we will first develop the concept of institution. Then, we will analyze a certain statement that speaks of crisis and decline of the institutional for. Finally, we want to give place to two dimensions that can provide tools to build institutions more sensitive to the changes of the contemporary world, we refer to what we call the institutional dimension of affectivity and the institutional dimension of proximity. |
