Sumario:De bobo, nada, by Arcidiácono and Perelmiter, traces the development of the ANSES in recent decades, discussing perspectives of the state as eminently incapable and based on personalized modalities. The book is based on the hypothesis of the centrality of the ANSES in recent Argentina, building legibility in a society of increasing socio-economic fragmentation. Three major logics of action are broken down, marked by the role of technological devices, of processing as a staging of bureaucratic predictability and of mediations as a diversification of ties with the population.
