The decolonial and critical perspective is central to the deployment of the contents, analyzes and intentionality of the writing that this narrative aims to bring together. La presente nota se propone ensayar y dar cuenta de un breve recorrido histórico y fundacional de las escuelas de modalidad especial en la Provincia de Santa Fe tomando como eje de partida la década del 50 con la creación de las Escuelas Diferenciales y los diversos movimientos tanto legislativos como ideológicos que se han producido estos últimos años. La perspectiva decolonial y crítica resulta medular para el despliegue de los contenidos, los análisis y la intencionalidad de la escritura que esta narrativa pretende acercar.
