Sumario:The article presents final results of the doctoral thesis that aimed to systematize the peasant knowledge that survives in the Hinche Alto and Hinche Bajo villages of the Municipality of La Palma – Cundinamarca, through a process of collective memory for the construction of territories of peace in Colombia in the midst of the partial collapse of the State, from the epistemological perspective of decoloniality. The writing is made up of the introduction, the methodology linked to systematization as critical interpretive research, the results around the colony, a framework that legitimizes the campemicide; and, the discussion entitled: the peasant movements do not cease in Our America, allowing us to conclude and maintain that, in the face of the threats of the colony, the peasant movements resist and remain in the midst of the war from their own/situated feelings, knowledge and practices in rural areas of Colombia to forge territories of peace.
