| Sumario: | The article addresses the relevance of the formation of work collectives as identification groups, for the operation and sustainability of work cooperatives, particularly in those that constitute forms of forced or artificial association. It is based on a case study carried out in 2015 from the work cooperatives created within the framework of the San Pedro and La Esperanza Micro Region Program in Jujuy. The study carried out allows us to identify variables that intervened in the formation of work collectives, given the scant attention that in the design and implementation of the program was given to interpersonal relationships within cooperatives and the strengthening of ties between members of the cooperatives. Finally, it is analyzed how these variables encouraged or hindered for bonds of trust and cooperation to prevail within the constituted groups, and it investigates the impact that had on the labor identity of workers and their participation and permanence in the program. |
