Starting from the rise and development of the social affair in the country this paper is centered in one of his manifestation: the criminality. In first place the immigrant, specially the one with anarchy ideas, has been considerate dangerous to keep the order and for that reason from the estate take different responses, repressive and legislative, for his expulsion. In a second moment we put in first place of the criminality the political opposition, this figure will be repressed in different ways. In one particular moment peronismo was proscribed, but in his back to the power it could be pronounce a new political opposition know like the anti-peronistas who been haunted and jailed. However none of this repressive manner could be compared to ones who take against subversion. This is how we knew the political opposition build-ed by the fact government who begins in the year of 1976 and left 30.000 missed person sale. El artículo realiza una reconstrucción histórica de la figura del criminal desde la década de 1880 hasta los años 1980 enArgentina. Partiendo del surgimiento y desarrollo de la cuestión social en el país el trabajo centra su atención en una de sus manifestaciones: la criminalidad. En principio los inmigrantes –en especial con ideas anarquistas– serán considerados “peligrosos” para la manutención del orden y por ello desde el Estado se articulan diversas respuestas, represivas y de corte legislativo para su expulsión. En un segundo momento ubicamos al opositor político en el centro de la escena de la criminalidad, aunque esta figura será reprimida de diferentes formas. En un momento el peronismo será proscripto aunque luego tendrá el poder para señalar al opositor político configurado como “los anti-peronistas” quienes también serán perseguidos y encarcelados. Sin embargo ninguna de las medidas represivas podrá igualar a las que se tomaron contra “la subversión”. Así consideramos al opositor político que se construye durante el gobierno de facto que se inició en el año 1976 y dejó un saldo de 30.000 desaparecidos. Universidad Nacional de Rosario.
