| Sumario: | This article makes an historical reconstruction of the criminal figure from the 1880 decade to the 1980 years in Argentina. Starting from the rise and development of the social affair in the country this paper is centered in one of his manifestation: the criminality. In first place the immigrant, specially the one with anarchy ideas, has been considerate dangerous to keep the order and for that reason from the estate take different responses, repressive and legislative, for his expulsion. In a second moment we put in first place of the criminality the political opposition, this figure will be repressed in different ways. In one particular moment peronismo was proscribed, but in his back to the power it could be pronounce a new political opposition know like the anti-peronistas who been haunted and jailed. However none of this repressive manner could be compared to ones who take against subversion. This is how we knew the political opposition build-ed by the fact government who begins in the year of 1976 and left 30.000 missed person sale. |
