This articulation considers the game as an identification proposal. The invention of this group clinical device and the interventions carried out in this work are part of a process of deinstitutionalization of logics, of conceptions and practices that objectified the children through a historical dissociation between childhood and play. This dissociation reveals where the hospital institution works as a total institution.
