We start from the experience of assistance to victims from an interdisciplinary team of a prosecution jurisdiction of the Province of Santa Fe, we work around the particularities of trauma in this type of phenomena, reaching metapsychological considerations that allow to specify the extent of the condition and the symptomatic forms. Thus, pain takes on a central character in the trauma economy, the affected ter- ritories demand a topical review regarding the unconscious (Freud, 1999 [1920]), the intermediate (Rodríguez, 2015) and the self (self, Winnicott, 2015 [1965]). From a dynamic point of view, defense mechanisms repression, denial, dissociation and identification with the aggressor and behaviors linked to avoidance strategies are identified. The delicate states presented by the victims allow us to approach the texture of the suffering and the coordinates for its approach, in a problem that is considered prioritized in the field of mental health and constitutes an emerging of intersectoral interest Este artículo analiza las implicancias anímicas concomitantes a experiencias de victimización en relación a los fenómenos denominados “abuso sexual contra niñas, niños y adolescentes”, “violencia doméstica” y “maltrato infantil”. Partimos de la experiencia de asistencia a víctimas desde un equipo interdisciplinario de una jurisdicción de fiscalía de la Provincia de Santa Fe. Trabajamos en torno a las particularidades del trauma en este tipo de fenómenos, alcanzando consideraciones metapsicológicas que permiten precisar la envergadura del padecimiento y de las formas sintomáticas. De este modo, el dolor adopta un carácter central en la economía del trauma, los territorios afectados exigen una revisión tópica al respecto de lo inconsciente (Freud, 1999 [1920]), lo intermedio (Rodríguez, 2015) y el sí mismo (self, Winnicott, 2015 [1965]), desde un punto de vista dinámico se identifican mecanismos de defensa represión, desmentida, disociación e identificación con el agresor y comportamientos ligados a estrategias de evitación. Los estados delicados que presentan las víctimas nos permiten aproximarnos a la textura del sufrimiento y las coordenadas para su abordaje, en una problemática que se considera priorizada en el campo de la salud mental y constituye un emergente de interés intersectorial.
