| Sumario: | This article analyzes the emotional im- plications associated with experiences of victimization in relation to phenomena called “sexual abuse against children and adolescents”, “domestic violence” and “child abuse”. We start from the experience of assistance to victims from an interdisciplinary team of a prosecution jurisdiction of the Province of Santa Fe, we work around the particularities of trauma in this type of phenomena, reaching metapsychological considerations that allow to specify the extent of the condition and the symptomatic forms. Thus, pain takes on a central character in the trauma economy, the affected ter- ritories demand a topical review regarding the unconscious (Freud, 1999 [1920]), the intermediate (Rodríguez, 2015) and the self (self, Winnicott, 2015 [1965]). From a dynamic point of view, defense mechanisms repression, denial, dissociation and identification with the aggressor and behaviors linked to avoidance strategies are identified. The delicate states presented by the victims allow us to approach the texture of the suffering and the coordinates for its approach, in a problem that is considered prioritized in the field of mental health and constitutes an emerging of intersectoral interest |
