| Sumario: | This article synthesizes the results of a report on the participation of women in cooperatives and mutuals in the province of Santa Fe. It was prepared on the basis of information obtained from a survey carried out collaboratively between the Provincial Directorate of Social Economy, Family Farming and Entrepreneurship of the Government of the Province of Santa Fe, the Association Council of the Province of Santa Fe and the Cooperative Institute of Higher Education (ICES). On this basis, the main conclusions related, on the one hand, to sizing the presence of women in the cooperatives and mutuals of Santa Fe, in particular, in government tasks, are presented. On the other hand, to describe both the perception of the role of women in these entities and the need to have gender policies. |
