| Sumario: | Work done by nurses during the Covid-19 pandemic featured prominently in the media. In this article, we will explore the journalistic representations of nursing in three digital news portals of the city of La Plata -0221, Pulso Noticias and the digital version of the newspaper El Día-, between March 1, 2020 and June 30, 2021, in the light of the Critical Discourse Analysis. We will demonstrate that although digital portals disseminated news about labor conditions and demands, they overlapped the nursing sector within the larger group of health workers. |
