| Sumario: | During the excavation of the wreck of Zencity (Puerto Madero 2009) a large number of bones of different species were collected, among them the one of Bos taurus, of which 770 are whole bones. The finding of this large amount of bone remains determined that we would think of a series of hypotheses that would explain why of them in the site. So we decided to perform a closed collagen in a whole femur. This communication attempts to explain what we are faced with the results of the analyzes carried out. |
