| Sumario: | This article attempts to explore aspects related to the interpretation expressed by the Chilean government regarding the incorporation of the expanded continental shelf into the Argentine legal system. This reaction occurs after the acceptance by the United Nations Commission on the Limits of the Continental Shelf of the presentation made by Argentina on that maritime space, incorporated into its internal legal system through Law No. 27.557/2020. In this sense, an attempt is made to demonstrate how this situation brings into question maritime interests between both countries. |
