The work, as part of an ongoing research into the international management of the provinces of the Argentine Republic, is based on a compilation and contrast of contemporary doctrinal opinions, that is, legal dogmatics, while incorporating a multidisciplinary approach, using, in addition to Law, tools provided by Social Sciences in general and International Relations and Local Development, in particular.
