| Sumario: | The objective of this paper is to inquire into the changes incorporated in the National Constitution of Argentine since its last reform in 1994, specifically regarding the article 124, while, analyzing, the situation in the Constitution of the Province of Buenos Aires, which has signed numerous agreements with foreign provinces (or their equivalents), as well as with international financial organizations. The work, as part of an ongoing research into the international management of the provinces of the Argentine Republic, is based on a compilation and contrast of contemporary doctrinal opinions, that is, legal dogmatics, while incorporating a multidisciplinary approach, using, in addition to Law, tools provided by Social Sciences in general and International Relations and Local Development, in particular. |
