Sumario:The aim of this paper is to analyze the external management of the argentine province of Córdoba and its capital city, and its participation in transnational networks, in order to identify common and divergent patterns in their internationalization strategies. This work belongs to literature on paradiplomacy and transnational relations that seeks to describe and explain the participation of non-central actors in international relations. Both the province and the city of Córdoba have developed over the years an intense transnational activity that evolves with specific characteristics in each of the cases, both for the profile of their competences, and for the opportunities and challenges that emerged in recent years before the transformation of the methods and mechanisms of paradiplomatic linkage.
