| Sumario: | This article seeks to share the learning built from research carried out within the framework of a scholarship awarded by the National University of Mar del Plata. During it we proposed to explore the processes of subjectivation about being a teacher of teachers who are in charge of workshops in Technical Secondary Schools of the General Pueyrredón Party. The field work was framed in qualitative research, and focused on one of the technical secondary education schools in the city of Mar del Plata, using interviews and documentary analysis as privileged instruments. From that, we venture to point out three emerging lines. The first one refers to the paths of training and teacher education of the teachers in charge of the workshop, where we can observe interesting alternative essays to the traditional trajectories. Secondly, in articulation with those experiences, it has been possible to problematize aspects linked to the processes of teacher subjectivation. The last of the issues presented is linked to the meanings that these teachers give to the technical school. |
