Sumario:This article presents reflections from students who are training as teachers in the National University of Comahue and in the Institute of Continuing Teacher Training, Bariloche, Río Negro. The survey was carried out through a serie of statements and questions that stressed the anti-rights discourses and policies of the current Argentine government and invited students to develop their own position. The article focuses on the tensions between education as a right and libertarian education; political education and indoctrination; and Comprehensive Sexual Education as public policy and Comprehensive Sexual Education as an ideology. Furthermore, it is proposed to review the implementation of Comprehensive Sexual Education in teacher training, where even today and after 18 years from the law 26.150/2006, difficulties persist in its implementation. On the other hand, it is invited to resist the advance of the pedagogy of cruelty, strengthening the generation of pedagogical spaces of care and containment.
