| Sumario: | The qualitative study conducted aims to investigate how agency can be enhanced in future educators, through which scenarios future educator agency can be promoted, and what characteristics these scenarios have. Forty-four students from various teacher training programs oriented towards high school education participated in an expanded educational experience and provided their feedback through group interviews. The results emphasize the importance of expanding education to promote future educator agency in an interdisciplinary and collaborative manner. Offering general guidelines on how to create educational scenarios to innovate education for more proactive teachers and educators. |
