This article analyses the processes of knowledge production that take place in a school orchestra that depends on the School Orchestra Programme of the province of Buenos Aires, Argentina. Understanding that the processes of knowledge production that take place in the orchestra must be analysed as social and historical relationships in which learning occurs in a situated way, we look, from an ethnographic perspective, at the ways in which teachers and coordinators propose certain practices regarding how to learn and perform music.
We understand that a set of values are configured that many of the subjects who participate in the orchestra understand as central in the formative journey of the recipients. And that in this way specific modalities of musical knowledge production are configured which, although not free of negotiations and disputes, are agreed upon by the orchestra's teachers and coordinators as the way in which teaching and learning practices should be deployed in the documented context. We also understand that these orientations are linked to the professional training trajectories of the people in charge of the experience. |

Este artículo analiza procesos de producción de conocimiento que ocurren en una orquesta escuela dependiente del Programa de Orquestas Escuela de la provincia de Buenos Aires, Argentina. Entendiendo que los procesos de producción de conocimiento que se despliegan en la orquesta deben ser analizados en tanto tramas de relaciones sociales e históricas en los que ocurren aprendizajes de manera situada, atendemos, desde una perspectiva etnográfica, a las maneras en que los/as docentes y coordinadores proponen determinadas prácticas respecto de cómo aprender y ejecutar música. Entendemos que se configuran un conjunto de valores que muchos de los sujetos que participan en la orquesta entienden como centrales en el recorrido formativo de los/as destinatarios. Y que así se configuran modalidades específicas de producción de conocimiento musical que, si bien no se encuentran libres de negociaciones y disputas, son consensuadas por los/as docentes y coordinadores de la orquesta como la manera en que deben desplegarse las prácticas de enseñanza y aprendizaje en el contexto documentado. Entendemos, también, que estas orientaciones se encuentran anudadas a las propias trayectorias de formación profesional de las personas a cargo de la experiencia. Este artigo analisa os processos de produção de conhecimento que ocorrem numa orquestra escolar dependente do Programa de Orquestras Escolares da província de Buenos Aires, Argentina. Entendendo que os processos de produção de conhecimento que ocorrem na orquestra devem ser analisados como relações sociais e históricas nas quais a aprendizagem ocorre de modo situado, observamos, a partir de uma perspetiva etnográfica, as formas nas que os professores e coordenadores propõem determinadas práticas com respeito aos modos de aprender e executar música. Entendemos que se configura um conjunto de valores que muitos dos sujeitos que participam da orquestra entendem como centrais no percurso formativo dos destinatários. E que, dessa forma, configuram-se modalidades específicas de produção de conhecimento musical que, embora não estejam livres de negociações e disputas, são acordadas pelos professores e coordenadores da orquestra como o modo pelo qual as práticas de ensino e aprendizagem devem ser implantadas no contexto documentado. Além disso, entendemos que essas orientações estão vinculadas às trajetórias de formação profissional das pessoas responsáveis pela experiência.
