| Sumario: | The aim of this article is to explore the situation of hyper-foreignness and racism suffered by the Gypsy People and offer a description of the most frequent behaviors that the members of this diaspora have developed to protect themselves from discrimination and / or persecution by the majority society. The route proposed in the article recognizes a starting point in the anti-Gypsy climate experienced that is lived in Europe from the formation of modern States during the fifteenth century, moment in which the persecutions against the Romany People began, which extend to the present time. |
