It is observed how the labeling, articulated in the newspaper, of the Jewish population as diaspora, together with a certain way of framing of the political situation of the Middle East, led the ethnic activism of “Comunidades” to participate in the local political field as part of the antikirchnerist constelation. El articulo analiza las articulaciones entre discurso diaspórico y político, tomando como caso de estudio el periódico judío Comunidades. Se observa cómo el etiquetamiento, realizado desde el periódico, de la población judía como diáspora, junto a cierta forma de enmarcar la situación política del Medio Oriente, condujo a una toma de posición acerca de las dinámicas políticas locales. De este modo, el activismo étnico de Comunidades fue adoptando una posición antikirchnerista.
