| Sumario: | This text addresses the training and professionalization of public cultural agents and managers as one of the dimensions of the institutional configuration of the field of culture in Argentina. A first historicization and contextualization of the problem is made in Argentina to then analyze two concrete experiences from the field of public management: the “Programa de Formación en Gestión Cultural Pública para agentes culturales públicos/as y para Coordinadores/as de Casas del Bicentenario”, carried out by the Dirección Nacional de Formación Cultural (DNFC) of the (ex) Ministerio de Cultura de la Nación (MCN) between the years 2016 and 2017. |
