Sumario:At the end of 2003, Monsignor Eugenio Guasta, then a member of the Board of the Fundación Sur, asked us for a plan to inventory Victoria Ocampo's archive, which, as he told us, included papers, photographs and various objects of hers, together with documents from the Sur publishing house. This paper describes the steps that were taken from the moment the team received the archive: from its cleaning, ordering and cataloguing to its final delivery to the Foundation. Then, as that institution had an agreement with UNESCO, the latter took charge of the documentation from 2010 onwards - except for that which constitutes the Treasure and which is still conserved at the Sur Foundation. The end result is a rare example of the unification of an archive, which in most cases ends up being scattered.
