My purpose is to explain disagreements opened by the poem on the hagiographic reception of Guevara’s works and life. Esta contribución propone un análisis detallado del poema “Sangre de alumnos”, de Omar Pérez López, incluido en Algo de sagrado, 1994. Para explicitar ciertas alusiones a la biografía y el legado cultural de Ernesto Guevara en Cuba, se convocan intertextos literarios y cinematográficos en relación con las nociones de filiación y paternidad, violencia y géneros sexuales. Así se hace más clara la disidencia del poema y de este acercamiento crítico respecto a las lecturas hagiográficas dominantes.
