| Sumario: | This paper proposes a close reading of the poem “Sangre de alumnos”, by Omar Pérez López, published in Algo de sagrado,1994. To clarify the allusions to Ernesto Guevara’s biography and its legacy in Cuba, I examine some links between literay and filmic productions linked to filiation and fatherhood, violence, and gender. My purpose is to explain disagreements opened by the poem on the hagiographic reception of Guevara’s works and life. |
