Based on the television series produced by Presidency of the Nation in Argentina, the essay focuses on some situations that allow discussion of the way biopolitical strategies and heteronormativity are activated by the Nation-Estate. Este ensayo se propone como un ejercicio especulativo a partir de algunas tesis de Giorgio Agamben relativas a la zôe y el bíos, pero referidas al sexo y al género, respectivamente, y en particular algunos aspectos controversiales sobre la cuestión de la soberanía y la dominación, una vez promulgadas las leyes de matrimonio igualitario y de identidad de género.
