| Sumario: | The article addresses the personalised mediation networks of a popular neighbourhood in the municipality of Quilmes, in the south of Greater Buenos Aires, considering its inscription in a modality of state presence characterised by formal and informal components. The description of these networks in terms of actors and resources and the trajectories of the beneficiaries of public policies allows to recognise a series of recent changes in popular politicisation, such as the extension of these personalised forms to multiple institutions, the greater interweaving with elements of bureaucratic control accompanying changes in the format of social policy and the partisan decentralisation of the personalized problem resolution. |
